OFU LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE UNDER LISTED PROJECTS

PREAMBLE:
Ofu Local Government Council of Kogi State in compliance with the Public Procurement Law 2014 invites interested and reputable contractors with current relevant papers to tender for the following:

Lot 1: Sinking of Motorized/Manual Boreholes.
Lot 2: Construction and Renovations of L.G.A. Secretariat, Office, Staff Quarters and Palaces
Lot 3: Supply of Educational materials
Lot 4: Provision of Office Furniture and fittings
Lot 5: Renovation of Clinic and supply of drugs and medical equipment
Lot 6: Purchase of Vehicles
Lot 7: Provision of Farm Inputs and Fertilizer
Lot 8: Provision of Transformers and Rehabilitation of Vandalized Electricity Cable Lines
Lot 9: Clearing and Preparation of Land for Farming activities.
Lot 10: Supply of tractors’ spare parts and implements
Lot 11: Supply and Installation of security equipment
Lot 12: Construction and rehabilitation of roads, bridges and control of erosion

REQUIREMENTS
(1) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) photocopy
(2) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for last three years; 2018,2019 and 2020
(3) Company Profile indicating personnel, equipment and professionalism
(4) Bank Reference Letter with evidence of financial capacity
(5) Copy of VAT Registration Certificate and evidence of remittance
( 6) Evidence of experience with similar jobs executed (if any)
(7) Evidence of registration with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP)
(8) Evidence of Registration with the local Government
(9) All interested contractors should meet the Secretary, Tender Board for the inspection and collection of bid documents.

BID DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION
All submission of bids should be made not later than 3 March, 2021 by 12:00 noon together with evidence of payment of prescribed fees in a sealed envelope marked ‘Bid Document’ on the right corner of the envelope to the Secretary, Tender Board.
